A towering effigy of Ravana stands engulfed in flames within a traditional shrine courtyard in Lijiang. Orange and yellow firelight casts dancing shadows against the intricate wooden architecture, illuminating rows of red paper lanterns strung overhead. Dark, dramatic clouds swirl above the shrine's tiled roof, against the warm glow below. The ground is scattered with ash and charred remnants of previous offerings, creating a textured earthy foreground. In the background, the silhouettes of stone pagodas fade into the deep night, while thick smoke rises to meet the cloud layer. Sparks drift upward from the burning figure, catching the light before vanishing into the darkness.
