Pale morning light bounces off smooth, off-white walls in the fish bagging counter zone near Karlin, Prague. A sturdy wooden tag board stands upright on the counter, displaying species-specific care instructions and handwritten notes in Czech. The hardware includes metal clips and plastic holders securing the paperwork. Sunlight from a high window falls across the grain of the wood and the crisp edges of the documents. Early summer warmth fills the room without shadows. Beside the board, a row of empty plastic carriers rests in neat alignment.
