The water surface displays a thin, iridescent oil sheen that catches the minimal light, creating subtle streaks across the wet stone. Above, the rough texture of the ancient walls is visible, with faint, distorted shadows of nearby foliage cast against the pale masonry. A simple ceramic wash basin sits empty near a doorway, its rim damp from the cool night air.
