The image shows a wide horizon shot of Porto, Portugal, at twilight, with the Douro River flowing beneath the illuminated iron arches of the Dom Luis I Bridge. The upper deck of the bridge glows with warm streetlights, contrasting against the deepening blue of the evening sky. Along the riverbank in the lower left, the terracotta roofs of the Ribeira district rise in dense clusters, their windows beginning to reflect the fading light. A few small boats are moored near the stone embankment, bobbing gently in the water.
