A standard poodle stands centered against a seamless off-white backdrop inside a quiet Okinawa studio. Soft north-window light illuminates the dog's dense, curly coat, revealing individual ringlets and the specific texture of the muzzle. Dust motes float in the visible shafts of light that cross the room, catching the edges of the dog's ears and the glossy black eyes. The animal holds a weathered dignity, its posture steady and calm. The fixed 116mm lens compresses the perspective slightly, keeping the subject large and filling the frame with its presence.
