Honeyed evening light fills a minimalist showroom in Pyongyang, casting a warm glow across rows of pleated dresses arranged for a lookbook. The fabric gathers in sharp, uniform folds that catch the candlelight, creating deep shadows between the pleats. Condensation beads along the nearby glass pane, blurring the view outside into soft, dark shapes. The low angle emphasizes the vertical lines of the hanging garments against the stark, unadorned walls. Early winter air settles in the stillness, visible only as moisture on the window surface. One fold of silk reflects the flicker of a nearby flame, marking the edge of the display table.
