Warm golden hour light spills across a white pilates reformer, illuminating the taut black straps laid perfectly straight after cleanup. The wooden carriage rests motionless against the machine's frame, its metal springs gleaming faintly in the low angle. Behind the rig, a large mirror reflects the soft glow of the window, doubling the warm hues that saturate the room. Rain streaks blur the glass outside, hinting at the rainy season without obscuring the interior's stillness. Dust motes float gently above the padded headrest, caught in the shafts of light. The floorboards show subtle wear near the reformer's feet. One shadow stretches long across the white mat, ending at the edge of the wooden frame where the light fades into the room's darker corners.
