A leather-bound night audit binder rests near the right edge, its dark brown cover showing faint creases from handling. A brass clasp on the front catches a sharp highlight against the warm glow. Beside the binder, a stack of crisp white papers sits slightly askew on the wood grain. Late autumn sun angles low, casting long shadows that stretch leftward across the surface. Soft reflections appear on nearby glass chair legs and metal frames. A faint shadow from the binder ends abruptly at the wooden edge, where the light fades into the darker corner of the room.
