Neon Lit Ribollita Soup with Bread in Nador

Electric blue and pink neon hues reflect off the surface of a ceramic bowl filled with thick Italian ribollita soup. Layers of beans, dark leafy greens, and soaked bread chunks rest within the rich, dark broth. The bowl sits on a small wooden dining table in Nador, positioned under the glow of artificial light. A chunk of crusty bread lies beside the bowl on a separate plate, its golden-brown crust against the deep greens and browns of the stew. Condensation beads along the rim of a nearby glass, catching the electric colors of the signage outside. The overhead angle reveals the texture of the rough bread and the glossy surface of the soup, while the dry season air leaves the window clear of rain. A faint reflection of the neon light falls across the wet rim of the glass.
