The pale blue sky of Chiang Mai at dawn casts a soft, diffused light over a quiet street corner in the Old City. A traditional wooden storefront with louvered shutters stands slightly ajar, revealing the dark interior of a small shop. In front of the building, a metal cart with a glass display case sits idle, its surface reflecting the early morning stillness. A few plastic stools are stacked neatly against the wall, and a faded sign with Thai script hangs above the entrance.
