Morning Fog in Portland at The Early Afternoon Light

A steel cable car gondola ascends steeply above the misty canopy of Portland, Oregon, its rounded windows reflecting the pale early afternoon sky. The heavy fog rests on the dense evergreen trees below, obscuring the city streets and creating a layered backdrop of gray and green. The tramway structure, with its industrial metal supports and taut cables, cuts sharply against the soft, diffused light. Passengers inside the cabin are visible as silhouettes, looking out at the obscured horizon.
