A Korean Jindo Dog stands alert on a paved path beside a plain courtyard wall, its thick double coat catching the honeyed glow of late afternoon light. The animal's pointed ears are erect and its muzzle shape is sharp against the low-hanging winter clouds. Frost dusts the edges of dry grass tufts near the wall base, while the dog's coat shows distinct texture with guard hairs standing slightly away from the skin. Soft shadows stretch across the gray pavement, and the subject is framed by generous negative space that isolates the figure against the muted sky. The dog's tail curls gently over its back, and one paw presses into a small patch of cracked concrete near the wall's foundation.
