A golden-brown jianbing crepe occupies the center, its surface textured with cracked egg and scattered green scallions. Crispy fried wonton strips peek from beneath the folded dough, adding rigid contrast to the soft layers. Small pools of red chili oil glisten near the edge, while a sprig of cilantro rests on the top right corner. The plate sits squarely in the frame, its ceramic rim catching the soft glow of overhead fixtures that settle into the darker corners of the stall.
