The vendor, wearing a faded apron, stirs sizzling ingredients while steam rises into the cooling air. Behind him, the blurred outlines of historic Ottoman architecture and modern streetlights create a layered urban backdrop. A few customers stand nearby, waiting for their order, while a metal umbrella stand holds closed parasols against the dimming light. The authentic rhythm of daily life in the city, with the warm glow of the cooking fire contrasting against the cool blue tones of the twilight sky.
