Hour Stoop in Philadelphia

Blue hour settles over a narrow South Street stoop, where the fading light catches the wet sheen of historic brownstone steps. A faded red doormat lies scuffed at the threshold, partially obscured by the shadow of a heavy wooden door. Inside the dimly lit entryway, a toothbrush cup sits on a small tiled ledge, its rim reflecting the cool ambient glow from the street. Through the glass pane, the blurred shapes of string lights from a nearby cafe spill onto the sidewalk, creating soft bokeh against the dark brick. A lone scarf drapes over a hook near the door, its wool texture rough against the smooth glass.
