The sun drops toward the horizon, casting long amber shadows across the gravel and metal rails of the Christchurch Tramway tracks. A vintage green and cream tram sits idle at the terminus near the Avon River, its polished wood reflecting the fading daylight. Pedestrians walk along the paved path beside the water, some pausing to look at the historic stone buildings lining the street. Ivy vines climb the brick facades of nearby structures, adding texture to the urban landscape. The sky transitions from bright orange to soft purple, illuminating the distinctive New Zealand cityscape with natural, warm light that highlights the architectural details and the gentle flow of the river.
