Warm candlelight washes the painted display ledge in Qingdao, illuminating an IT cable return rack centered in the frame. A fully leafed tree grows horizontally out of the wall behind the equipment, its branches extending straight across the room like a solid beam. Condensation beads on the nearby glass, catching the golden hour glow that falls through the dry season air. Black cables weave through the rack's compartments, organized with disciplined precision against the impossible greenery. The leaves display a vibrant, healthy texture, their veins visible under the flickering light. Shadows stretch long and sharp across the ledge, anchoring the surreal growth to the concrete floor. at the edge is one drop of water sliding down the condensation-covered glass pane.
