Hand-stitched Couture Bodice on Tailoring Table

Warm string lights cast a soft amber glow across a wooden tailoring table, illuminating a structured couture bodice in deep midnight blue fabric. Silver thread catches the light as it weaves through the stiff material, while scattered pearls rest in a loose arc beside the garment. Chalk marks and a pair of shears lie nearby on the worn surface. Window light from the side creates sharp highlights on the pearl surfaces and casts long, cool shadows across the wood grain. The bodice stands out against the dark negative space, its intricate hand-stitching visible in high relief. One strand of pearls curves gently against the edge of the table.
