Along the left wall, white easels stand ready with wooden legs resting on the cool surface. Beside them, clear plastic bins filled with colorful lanyards sit stacked, waiting for attendees. Stainless steel coffee urns gleam under the low-angle sun, their metallic surfaces reflecting the orange glow of the midsummer evening. The space remains still and prepared, with no people present. Fine particles settle on the smooth counters and glass doors leading to the main hall. The sharp, bright reflection of the sky appears on the polished floor near the coffee station.
