Gas Mask Lens Pouch Under Utility Light in Italy

Honeyed evening light floods the open ground beside a convoy halt in Italy, illuminating a flat base utility light and its contents. A gas-mask lens-outsert pouch rests centrally on the dry earth, its nylon webbing and matte steel surfaces reflecting the low-angle orange glow. Scattered paper cards lie against the dusty soil, while lint rollers and rubber components sit nearby, their textures sharp under the fading daylight. Low-hanging clouds drift above, casting long, soft shadows that stretch across the terrain. Gray daylight lingers at the edges of the frame, blending with the warm hues of the setting sun. The matte steel edge of the pouch catches the final ray of light.
