A damp cobblestone street in Bilbao glows under the cool, diffuse light of early morning. A white laundry basket sits tipped on its side near a doorway, spilling dark wool sweaters onto the wet stones. Beside the scattered garments, a small brown dog sniffs at the fabric, its fur damp from the mist. The narrow street is lined with traditional Basque buildings, their facades weathered by time. One shoe brush rests against the wall, unused. A quiet, candid moment of daily life, with no people in sight, only the dog and the remnants of morning chores.
