A swollen river in Osaka churns as a storm drain outfall pours murky water into the current under a dropping sun. The horizon glows with fading orange light reflecting off the turbulent surface. Along the concrete embankment, a stone wall supports a clematis vine with purple blooms. A paper fan rests on the wet ground near the wall.
