Cobblestone Reflection in Copenhagen

Under the amber wash of Copenhagen streetlights, a wet cobblestone gutter reflects the neon spill from a nearby bistro window, creating a shimmering pool of distorted color. Ripples from a recent rain disturbance fracture the reflection of a passing cyclist’s red taillight into jagged streaks of crimson and gold. The scene is anchored by the rough, dark texture of the stone, against the smooth, glassy surface of the water. In the background, the blurred silhouette of a traditional gabled roofline stands against the deep blue night sky, while a faint wisp of steam rises from a nearby vent, adding a subtle layer of atmospheric depth to the urban stillness.
