A woman in a vibrant, woven pollera skirt pauses mid-step, her leather boot pressing firmly against the coarse metal teeth to dislodge high-altitude dust. The harsh light highlights the texture of the worn stone pavement and the rough fabric of her skirt, against the smooth, cold metal of the scraper. In the background, the steep, terraced hills of the city rise into the bright sky, while a glimpse of a shop window reflects the bustling street activity, at the base of the moment in the daily rhythm of the city's steep inclines.
