Canvas Awning in Essaouira at Noon Light

A wide horizontal view shows a quiet cobblestone street in Essaouira under the flat, diffused light of a winter noon sky. The architecture is dominated by weathered blue-painted wooden doors and window frames, their pigment faded by years of salt air. A large piece of sun-bleached canvas hangs loosely from a metal pole above a small shop entrance, casting a pale, uneven shadow on the ground. To the right, a simple iron hook protrudes from a stone wall, holding a dried bunch of herbs. The street is empty of people, showing the texture of the rough stone paving and the peeling paint on the lower walls.
