Camel Caravan Twilight Fog Harbor Marrakech

Amber light from a distant town horizon washes the fogbound harbor mouth near the Souks of Marrakech, where a line of camels moves along a wet path. Heat haze shimmers above the ground, blurring the lower legs of the animals and softening the distance. The rough texture of camel hides and coiled ropes on their backs catches the fading glow against the encroaching blue-grey mist. Leading lines formed by the caravan draw toward the dimming light. Fog rests on the low-lying water and the dusty road, while one long shadow stretches across the damp stones at the edge of the frame.
