The polished marble surface of the window frame catches small, sharp highlights from the low flame. Outside the glass, the faint suggestion of a Kuwait City skyline remains hidden in early spring darkness. The dog's relaxed posture fills the frame at eye level, with the textured fur standing out against the smooth, cool stone of the window sill.
