A summer evening in Bilbao’s Casco Viejo reveals a narrow pedestrian lane where warm, amber streetlights clash with the fading blue of the sky. On the right, a weathered stone wall supports a rusty iron towel hook, from which a damp, faded white towel hangs limp, catching the edge light. Below it, a black cat crouches on the uneven basalt paving, its fur absorbing the ambient glow as it watches a group of locals passing by. In the foreground, a woman in a linen scarf adjusts her bag, her movement blurring slightly against the sharp focus of the hanging towel.
